When in common discussion about a project, venture, or solution to any persisting problem, the perspective of all should be heard. Ideas generated can lead to wonders. Solutions / ideas presented will be varied, some easy to execute, some hard and some formidable.

So, what should be the deciding authority’s take…………………..

I believe, and perspective of mine is different. Selection of it is the key. The idea, which is formidable should be the one selected.

This is the ability of a leader’s mindset. The depth of thought and the challenges he is ready to face, to accomplish determines his ability.
