It’s not a theory, but something to do with scenario existing since ages. A practical implication to attain what corporations and organizations desire. Commendable is the result obtained once applied.
You must have an overall contribution, big or small, should not matter till the time its tangible. Never underestimate the tangible power of contributions, at whatever levels.
