The Buck Stop Here

The sooner you realise, the better it is. Take time to think, you are in charge, not others. It’s a shout out call for all the so-called leaders who have not realised their true value, worth or responsibility they are shouldering.

Simply holding on to a high ranked designation is not leadership, its much much more than that, per se

1. Accountability (the most important trait)
2. Lead by Example
3. Effective Communication
4. Co-ordial Environment & Empathy

A few of the basics, though not the only aforementioned.

Remember having done so is not the end to it. You have to have a continuous approach towards improvement.

The precedent you will set for the future ones will be called as legacy, to cherish and carry forward with pride.
